Day 4

1pm: 1 can diet Coke, 1/2 bowl of cereal

7:45pm: mint

8pm: 1 and 1/2 slices cheese pizza, 3 and 1/2 slices broccoli and pineapple pizza, 3 slices pepperoni, pepper, and mushroom pizza, for a grand total of 8 slices of pizza, 1 glass of diet Coke (about 16oz or so), 1 can diet Dr.Pepper

10pm: 1/2 glass diet Coke

12:30am: 1 cup tea

3am: 1 can diet Dr.Pepper

5am: 1 slice pizza (pepperoni, peppers, mushroom), a few glugs of diet Coke

Hmm. Maybe I should stop the binging? And honestly I've notice just in these few days that I eat more when I get stressed. Most of the binges take place during or after a fight with my mother.
