6:45pm: 1 bowl homemade beef stew, 3 slices bread & butter, 1 can diet Dr.Pepper
9:30pm: 1 box Yoohoo
10:30pm: 1 chicken salad wrap, 1 roast beef and turkey sandwich
11pm: 1 box Yoohoo, 1 can diet Dr.Pepper
12am: Crusts off of a peanut butter and jelly sandwich
1am: 2 cups of tea
