3:30pm: 1 slice leftover pizza, 1 veggie fajita on a soft taco size tortilla shell, 1 can Diet Coke
5pm: 1 Big Mac, 1 small fry, 1 small Diet Coke, 1/2 can Diet Coke, 1 sip McD.'s Vanilla Iced Coffee, 1 chicken nugget
8pm: 1 piece tilapia with breadcrumb crust, approx. 1 cup broccoli with cream of mushroom soup, big thing of salad with about 1 tbsp ranch dressing and a tiny bit of lemon juice and olive oil, a small bit of cheese (maybe a tsp), 2 boxes yoohoo
9pm: A few bites of vegan carrot cake, 1 cup of tea
11pm: 1/2 a chocolate chip cookie, 1 cup of tea, about 1/2 of a small Coke from McDonald's
2am: 3 bowls Cap'n Crunch cereal with milk, 1 cup of tea
